CAMERA OBSCURA!!

Open Mondays, Thursdays and the first Saturday of every month 12.00 - 15.00 at the Photographers Gallery on Ramillies Street, London W1F 7LW - just off Oxford Street.

This optical device was first used as early as the 4th century BC and contributed to the invention of photography. This camera obscura on the Eranda Studio floor projects a view of Ramillies Street, just out side the building, live - in real time.  Has to be seen to be believed!
